Before you send your film files(s) to us:

• Does your recording(s) comply with the three fives rule; no longer than five minutes, no more than five video files and no more than five people?
• Does your film comply with the recording guidelines?

How to send your film file(s) to us:

1. Go to www.transfernow.net (secure, free and easy way to send files that are too big to email)
2. Click Start and choose the file(s) from your device (please send all in one go)
3. Files should be sent under the Send files tab (not create a link)
4. In the You email address box add your email address (must match e-mail address provided in original application)
5. In the Sender name box, write your name (must match the name provided in original application)
6. In the Recipient(s) email box put in [email protected]
7. In the Subject box, write "Memories"
8. Click Transfer
9. You will then see the transfer progress and confirmation message.

Note: You will receive an email from TransferNow to confirm your file(s) have been successfully sent to us and we will email you back to confirm we have received it also. If you don’t receive confirmation, something has gone wrong and you will need to try again.

What happens next:

One of our Storybook Dads staff members will process your film, add some music, simple credits and burn the final film to DVD. The DVD will then be sent to the HMP Dovegate Family Support Team to be handed out to your loved one.
